Tranquil Kids Yoga programs bring movement, mindfulness 

We have a number of excellent and tailored programs throughout the year, that will encourage the children to stretch, move and breathe, through engaging yoga stories/themes, yoga games, and mindfulness activities. 

will have them up moving, making new friends, great activity for children through school holidays, weekends, and after school programs.

Where: Caboolture Memorial Hall & Upper Caboolture

Tweens & Teen Yogi's (11-16yrs)

Where: Burpengary Community Hall
