Classes focus on giving students the tools to reduce stress in their lives, promote positive thinking and positive body image and improve co-ordination, allowing them to learn to listen to their own body.

Classes are play based, fun and interactive.
Kindergarten and Early Education Centers. Kids will love yoga! Offering Classes for children aged 1.5 to 5 years.
Classes are play based, fun and interactive. With yoga poses movements, fun breathing activities, creative movement, games, mindfulness, imagination, dance and music. We may shake our crazies out, hop like a bunny, jump like a frog, hiss like a snake, roar like a lion. We sing, we dance, we use stories and our imagination to move our body in yoga poses. We use props, books and craft for an engaging and fun time.
We practice deep breathing using props like pom poms, straws and bubbles.
Classes will be 20 min to 40 depending on ages and children. These are parent paid or Centre paid funded programs. We have weekly block classes held over 4 to 8 weeks during school terms, classes are available over school holidays dependent on numbers.
