Our kids yoga programs and Classes are play based, fun and interactive.Â
Kids yoga programs follow and are linked to the Early Years Learning frame.
Tranquil Kids yoga programs are designed and age appropriate with yoga poses for moving the kids bodies, fun breathing activities – for mindfulness.
With a perfect blend of yoga poses, creative movement, games, dance and music. For example we may shake our crazies out, hop like a bunny, jump like a frog, hiss like a snake, roar like a lion.
New weekly themes and yoga stories like the hungry caterpillar, going on a bear hunt, we use our imagination to move our body in yoga poses.Â
Using props for practicing and enhancing the learning with deep breathing with pom poms, straws, breathing ball and bubbles.Â
Tranquil kids yoga offers weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off classes.
Classes are generally but are flexible.Â
1-2yr – 10/15 min
3yr – 15/20 min
4 yr – 20/25 min
5yr Kindergarten – 30/40 mins
You can have multiple classes in 1 hour.
These are parent paid or Centre paid funded programs.Â
