kids yoga, Mindfulness and wellbeing for school aged kids 5 to 12 year olds

Introduce the foundations of yoga and mindfulness to children for happy, calm, focused and self confident kids.

Classes that are aged appropriate including
 yoga & movement, mindfulness, breathing activities and techniques, partner poses, positive affirmations, games savasana (rest),
Children that practice yoga regularly have found a number of benefits.
– Boosts confidence and self esteem
– Develop awareness of self and others
– Strengthen body and mind
– Improve co-ordination, flexibility and balance
– Decrease stress, anxiety and increase attention

Kids learn through play and using there imagination,  We use themes and stories to keep children engaged and learn.  All classes will include breathing and poses to help calm our bodies and minds. 

Calm your mind and strengthen the body

Yoga teaches concentration and focus through breathing and stretching. 

School Term 2

Age:5 to 12 year olds 

Time: Thursday Arvo’s 4.00pm to 4.45pm

Location: Burpengary Community Hall (beside library)

* Classes are one 45 minute lesson each week.

Term 3 and 4  

Time: Tuesday arvo 4pm to 4.45pm

Friday – 4pm to 4.45pm at My Martial arts at Caboolture
